Clauset pieces ship direct from the people who make them. Here is what to expect.
Dispatch
Pieces come direct from the maker, so dispatch times vary by brand; most ship within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces say so on the product page and take longer.
Cost
Shipping is a flat rate per order: US $3 within Thailand, US $9 to Southeast Asia, US $15 everywhere else, shown in your display currency at checkout. Orders over US $150 ship free within Thailand.
Delivery
3–7 business days within Southeast Asia after dispatch; 7–14 international, depending on destination and carrier.
Duties & taxes
For international orders, duties and taxes are set by your country, collected on delivery, and not included in the price shown.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking once your maker dispatches, or check anytime at /track with your order reference and email.
